职位描述：
Seeking experienced Linux Kernel/Driver engineer in Beijing
MUST have Computer Science background (MS or BS)
MUST have at least 3 years of software development experience (5+ preferred)

Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Python and C programming and debugging skills
- Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms and operating systems internals
- Proficient in Linux BSP and device drivers development and debugging
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C
- Experience working with Linux development environment, kernel, drivers, sensors, and peripherals (touch-controllers, accelerometer/gsensor, etc.)
- Experience working with development boards (e.g. Pandaboard, Dragonboard)
- Experience with customizing Android operating systems or developing drivers for Android devices, especially on mobile
- Conversational knowledge of verbal and written English

Job Description:
- Writing stable, high-performance Linux drivers for sensors, sensorhubs, touch panels, or embedded platforms on Android
- Optimize code to reduce power consumption and latency
- Interface closely with customers to clarify software requirements


任职要求：
1. 正规院校本科以上学历，电子、通信、控制和计算机等相关专业毕业
2. 3年以上工作经验 (5年以上优先)
3. 精通C，Python语言以及常用的数据结构、算法和操作系统
4. 熟悉Linux BSP、Linux内核驱动编程、架构，具有传感器驱动开发、移植经验(touch-controllers, gsensor, accelerometer,等)
5. 熟悉SPI、I2C等通信协议
6. 熟悉Android开发平台的搭建，具有Android下驱动、系统、核心模块开发移植经验
7. Pandaboard, Dragonboard等开发板经验
8. 能独立编写、移植或修改驱动程序、熟练掌握Android底层常用调试手段；
9. 具有快速分析、定位、解决技术问题的能力、良好的沟通、学习能力和团队协件能力，逻辑思维能力强，具有良好的项目计划能力和文字表达能力
10. 具有基本英语会话书写能力
