职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and motivate project teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while meeting project objectives
- Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans
- Create and own project plan including schedule, milestones, dependencies and critical path
- Manage project, being accountable for deliverables, content, achievement of objectives and results
- Manage issues and risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Manage and coordinate project activity between CRIF departments
- Provide ongoing tracking of project progress and issues requiring resolution
- Actively participate to where you understand the business processes and can add value to the conversation
- Fully engage in projects to drive success; this might include some lite business analyst type of activities.
- Execute retrospective exercises upon completion of projects

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of IT project management experience
- Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer/Information related subjects
- Strong capability in issue driving and resolving
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (read and written)
- Self motivated
- Strong technical background, in Java, At least 3-5 years’ experience as a programmer.
