职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、招聘人数：2人，形象好，语言表达能力强。
2、大专及以上学历；
3、强烈的团队精神和出色的沟通能力；
4、工作细心周到，有强烈的责任感与客户服务意识（可接受灵活的工作时间安排）；
5、英语水平一般，会简单的翻译简短文章，少许的沟通
6、掌握办公软件office的操作。


岗位职责：
1、不断学习、加强对公司产品的了解，经常和同事进行沟通提升自己；
2、负责指导客户了解课程，接听客户来电、回答客户在线提出的问题,促成购买；
3、定期向领导汇报咨询登记的客户，及告知最新跟进动态；
4、了解客户需求，推荐适合课程，有效管理自己的客户，进行定期回访，促成订单；
5、完成领导交于的其他日常销售客服辅助工作。
