岗位职责：
1）在公司海外战略指导下，参与海外业务运营方案的制定和执行；
2）海外运营资源管理，海外客户关系维护；
3）海外业务及产品、服务持续优化，海外产品的常规管理；
4）海外常态运营工作管控，包括但不限于内容运营，用户运营，数据分析等；
5）配合海外市场及渠道拓展支撑工作；
任职要求：
1）具备出色的英文听说读写能力；
2）具备至少2年海外项目运营经验，有成功案例，熟悉海外新媒体市场运作；
3）熟练掌握新媒体运营手段，可独立展开内容、产品、用户运营的具体工作；
4）具备较强的营销策划、市场推广能力；
5）对海外业务及新媒体行业充满热情，有创新意识，具备良好的团队精神。
