主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
？ Develop, implement and manage production, and manufacturing operations to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
？ Manage staff and daily operations to meet all defined QOS requirements including labor efficiency, quality, delivery, scrap, inventory value, and safety to minimize operating cost.
？ Responsible for the accuracy and interpretation of all operations performance data and reports to ensure effective communication and the ability to meet cost targets.
？ Manage and drive continuous improvement plans and actions for all areas of the operation to obtain efficiency and cost effective operations.
？ Manage and lead during the launch of new products and projects in terms of customer satisfaction, cost control, product quality and project timing.
？ Advises & coordinates with advanced engineering and program teams to insure launch preparation activity and advanced programs are developed to meet customer requirements.
？ Manage and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plan, material purchasing plan, and customer delivery plan implementation; Liaise with different departments ensure customer delivery on time.
？ Responsible to champion all interface at the customer plant level regarding quality and delivery.
？ Responsible for the quality of all units produced.
？ Responsible for coaching, performance management and organizational development of staff.
？ Assist with the plant budgeting process, capital allocation and overall plant financial targets to support the overall corporate budget.
？ Identifies required investments and supporting business case analysis required to improve operations and achieve optimum plant performance;
？ Ensures overall compliance with safety and hygiene rules in the workplace.
？ Ensures overall compliance with TS 16949 regulations and requirements.
？ Implement ISO 14001 system to achieve certification.
关键任职资格Key Competencies:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Good English speaking and writing. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILL
Strong in project and program management
LEADERSHIP SKILL
Ability to form initiatives and drive business results for manufacturing excellence; Demonstrated strong leadership with employee relationship building skills and strong communicator in Chinese as well as English.
学历与经验Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or more than 8 years of automotive experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiar with TS16949 and ISO 14001. Familiar with world class Manufacturing and Lean production practices.
