此职位的工作地点为;贝迪北京研发中心
此职位为学生实习岗，要求学生有至少一年的充足时间进行实习，每周至少三天，且要求英语听说读写流利，不符者请勿投递
Responsibilities
Ø Take charge of R&D　site reception for meeting and greeting customers and visitors, assist to coordinate hotels and logistics if necessary;

Ø Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member;

Ø Providing a strong support with travel and meeting logistics, being a good bridge with relevant agencies on visa application process, flight booking, hotel arrangement and transportation, etc;

Ø Be responsible for receiving/dispatching the company expresses and managing the express supplier as well as control the expenses;

Ø Consolidate HR employees’ attendance data to be the monthly report;

Ø Be responsible for organizing quarterly employees meeting and assist on employees recreation activities, such as birthday party, annual outing and others;

Ø To support site manager to guarantee the site safety and efficiency.

Ø Other works resigned by R&D Supervisor/Manager.


Qualifications
Ø Undergraduate majored in HRM or other disciplines;
Ø Good command in English, both oral and written;
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft office and database maintenance;
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skill will be required;
Ø Be honest, careful, patient and well-organize, work independently;
Ø Teamwork player, Can-do attitude
Ø Personality with high sense of responsibility, consideration and empathy preferred;
Ø Good multi-task handling skill.
