职责概要 (简述)
校企项目专员负责管理和执行DRAC项目各个合作领域,职能角色包括技师实习生项目合作策略的开发、执行和管理,与DRAC总部的密切沟通以及与全国各合作院校及行业机构的联系。
-策略开发与执行
与培训高级经理及项目团队负责人一起共同制定职业教育项目策略,启动项目并开展策略执行活动监督。
-项目管理及预算
管理项目内各职业教育合作供应商
督导所有课程及资料的开发
管理项目所需或为项目所提供的各类资源
与公司内部团队合作确保服务交付质量
与公司内部及客户方计划和运营团队协作实施预算编制及管理
-市场及招募
参与市场活动的开展以保障项目的成功实施和维护,为DRAC经销商网络提供实习生招募支持。
-沟通
与DRAC总部建立有效沟通和联系
与项目其他各合作方,例如中国政府部门、行业机构和合作院校建立定期沟通机制
与 DRAC 经销商围绕项目实施建立业务联系
-品质管控
检查和管理职业教育项目各领域业务状况
-日常行政工作
资料和文件管理
提供给院校和供应商的培训资料及函件
网站项目新闻讯息更新
收付款资料准备及收付款进度跟进
实习生 DRAC认证资讯及成绩管理
校企双方实习生就业面试及双选活动沟通交流

本职位对于实习生项目的发展及最终成功至关重要,它将影响到DRAC经销商对于员工的招募以及经销商有效达成DRAC设置的业绩目标。
E.必要的知识和经验
- 必要的职业经验
在汽车行业至少2-3年的工作经历,最好有经销店管理经验和技术工作背景
有实习生项目或校企合作项目从业经历者优先
有培训或人事发展工作经历者优先
具备一定的项目管理经验
具备职业敏感性和良好品行,能够公正合理地履行自身职责
优秀的人际沟通技巧和能力,有政府机构交流经验者优先
灵活务实,自我管理意识强

汽车工程、商业管理或其他相关专业毕业
项目管理技巧和知识
有培训或人力岗位经历者优先
英语及普通话沟通交流熟练

C.Characteristic duties (brief general description)
The Apprentice Program Executive is responsible for setting up and managing all aspects of the DRAC Vocational Education Program. The role involves development, implementation and management of all ongoing strategies for technician apprentice program, including close cooperation with DRAC headquarter, Vocational Colleges across China and other industry organization or institution as appropriate.
-Strategy development and implementation
Development and ongoing evolution of program strategies in coordination with Senior Manager Training Department and Team Leaders. Initial implementation and ongoing monitoring of vocational program strategies
-Program Management and Budgeting
Management of all vocational suppliers within program
Overseeing of all courses/materials developed
Management of all resources required and provided for program
Interface with all areas of New Edge team to ensure delivery availability
Responsibility for development and management of all budgeting aspects for program in coordination with internal and DRAC Planning & Operations Team
-Marketing and Recruitment
Responsibility for all marketing activities to ensure successful development and maintenance of program. Leading of recruitment of apprentices to support placement within DRAC dealers network.
-Communication
Significant interaction with DRAC headquarter to ensure coordination and support in all aspects of the program.
Regular communication with all other parties, such as Chinese Government and industry bodies and all partner colleges
Regular communication with all DRAC dealers around program matters
-Quality
Ongoing review and regulation of all aspects of vocational program.
-Routine administration
Document and file management
Training materials and mails delivery to colleges and suppliers
Website or on-line news release information update;
Payment forms preparation and payment status tracking
Apprentice DRAC certification data and results input as required
Interface with DRAC colleges and dealers for apprentices recruitment interview
Web conference set up and meeting minutes preparation
Workshop or conference event organization work as required
D.Importance and scope of the field of activity (see attachment for description)
The job role is vitally important for the development and success of the Apprentice Program, in turn affecting the successful recruitment and development of DRAC dealers staff and the dealers business success within headquarter targets.
The position holder is responsible along with Senior Manager and Team Leader Planning and Operations for management of the Apprentice Program budgets.
E.Necessary knowledge and experience
- necessary professional experience
At least 2-3 years’ experience within Automotive industry, ideally at management level with good knowledge of dealership business and particularly technical aspects
Additional periods of specialist experience and involvement in apprentice program is preferred
Previous training experience/people development experience would be a distinct advantage
Successful demonstration of project management ability
Possess cultural and political awareness and sensitivity, use sound judgement and behave proactively on duties
Excellent communication skills at all levels - dealing with government bodies would be an advantage
Be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics and ability to deliver targets in an autonomous manner
- necessary study / training
Degree in Automotive subject, Engineering, business administration, or the equivalent
Profound knowledge of project management skills
Training or People Development education would be ideal
Excellent communication both in Mandarin and English
Proficient knowledge in MS Office, Lotus Notes and PPT
