职位描述：
Daily work 日常工作：

1. 内部公司间往来账务核对；Inter-co transaction and balance reconciliation
2. 内部公司间交易价格计算与确认（商品、服务、资产转移、融资等）。Inter-co TP
3. 存货、存货变动交易及成本维护与管理。Inventory and stock movement, cost module maintenance and management
4. 月度费用预提的汇总表、支持性文件及后期跟踪。Summary of accrual, including supporting documents and later tracking
5. 月度资产负债表项目的核对和跟进处理BS Account Reconciliation, Review and follow up.

Closing work结账工作：
6. 更新、发布公司结账通知和结账检查、核对流程，及结账文件的整理存档 Monthly Closing Schedule update/ publish and closing check and document filing.
7. 跟进、审核各公司各类待摊费用凭证、预提凭证（含工资、奖金及各项日常运营成本、费用）、费用凭证以及银行余额调节项的凭证，对于问题凭证进行跟进。Review AP vouchers, and follow up any problem found
8. 检查常规月末凭证（折扣返利，坏账，退货，费用预提，待摊，递延，资产折旧，所得税等）Check month end voucher such as disc./rebate, bad debt, return, accrual, deferred, amortization, depreciation, CIT etc.)
9. 审核AP会计编制的银行余额调节表。Review bank reconciliation
10. 外汇评估及记账 FC evaluation and posting
11. 子公司（一家）小模块生产成本结转。Manufacture module management
12. 编制GL报表(包括成本、存货)，每月结账前汇总分支机构的GL报表。Summarize sub-ledger GL reconciliation.
13. 编制相关报表：包括科目余额表、试算平衡表、CFOA、单家分析等；Closing and reporting： Account recon, TB, CFOA, entity level analytical review
14. 协助准备总部报告Assist in preparing reports to superior and headquarter

Other work其他工作
15. 负责财务相关主数据（如会计科目，部门）的创建和维护更新。将公司业务与财务处理相结合，及时准确的创建和维护会计科目，创建和维护部门主数据，协助科目与部门定义与标准化。与业务运营部门一起审核并修订货品资料、其他发货、其他收货类型的创建以及仓库的创建。System master data creating and maintenance.
16. 定期组织存货盘点，差异分析与核对 Stock count and variance analysis periodically.
17. 内、外部审计的协助组织和协调，包括资料提供与沟通、资料完整性的审核工作，推进审计所需资料提供的及时性与准确性。Co-operate with internal auditor and external auditor.
18. 所负责工作内容SOP（如结账、存货管理）的编写与更新，总账工作手册的更新。SOP preparing and update（Closing cycle and inventory cycle）and GL accounting manual updating.
19. 上级交办的其它工作 Other work assigned by superiors.


Qualifications 任职资格

Education教育: 财务或相关专业大学本科或以上教育背景

Experience经验: 3年以上外企相关工作经验, (Over 3 years working experiences in MNC) ，具有医疗卫生行业工作经验优先，有使用Oracle或SAP等ERP使用经验优先


Specialized Knowledge特别知识：具有基本英语沟通写作能力
