Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Tongzhou District, Beijing



Job Description:

1. Support Plant manager to manage & oversee the operation functions and activities (HSE, production, maintenance, QC/lab, process) in accordance with company policies, procedures and objectives.
2. Lead, coach and motivate the operation team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of day-to-day operations.
3. Review reports and key indicators on operation activities, performance and results and initiate follow-up actions relating to any deviations or near-miss.
4. Lead and support the team in new products/process development and the establishment and implementation of new management system (AIMS).


Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Chemical or Technical & Engineering;
2. 8+ years working experience in Chemical or Petro chemical Manufacturing; chemical& engineering expertise is a plus;
3. Good command of office software;
4. Good command of written and spoken English;
5. Able to communicate at all levels, good team spirit.
