职位描述：
Responsibilities:

？ Approach target clients with strategy and effective daily contact.
？ Understand client’s needs and communicate that need effectively to develop business opportunities.
？ Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enlarge service scopes.
？ Supervise and coordinate IT, Creative, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
？ Responsible to prepare project status and manage daily account servicing requirements to ensure efficient account services.
？ Dig account to ensure maximum profitability and potential up/cross sales.
？ Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English is a MUST;
？ At least two years’ experience in business development, consulting or CRM/Marketing service management position;
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
？ Good strategy and process planning skills;
？ Good customer service attitude and strong at problem solving;
