Job Characteristics: Full time (8hr in daylight)

Job Location: KunShan

Working Experience: 3 years or above

Degree: Bachelor of mechanical

English Requirement: CET-4/Above

Responsibilities:

1. Frequently work with Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, ID Engineer, graphic engineer and peer engineers in headquarter to generate complete design package

2. Review design package with manufacturing engineer, quality engineer and suppliers for getting feedback, make the changes for design accordingly in EPDM to get design finalized optimally.

3. Lead R&D project with local supplier and communicate with team in headquarter back and forth.

4. Product cost analysis, work with S.C and M.E to get quotation frozen on time.

5. Participating PFMEA with M.E and Q.E at suppliers and discussing the issues with crews in headquarter.

6. Actively attending into test failure analysis with M.E, Q.E and suppliers and feedback to chief engineer.

7. Actively work with part engineer and supplier to fix interference issue with M.E, Q.E, compliance engineer and suppliers.

8. Tracking and update tasks in @task system

9. Mentoring Manufacturing engineers to have product design competence, to be qualified design engineer.

10. Working with SC and quality team to do scoring for suppliers, plus follow up all CI event at suppliers.

11. Managing the works in multi-projects to meet the completion date in @task.

12. Travelling to suppliers, branch offices and headquarter for project issue discussion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or engineering

2. More than 3 years Design or Manufacturing experience in Engineering or relevant field.

3. Excellent language skill in both writing and speaking is strongly preferred.

4. Proficient 3D software competence, Solidworks is strongly preferred, Pro/E, UG is acceptable with strong proficiency.

5. Good capability in communication and interpersonal

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

7. Proficient in MS office software

8. Love to ride bicycle and bicycle industry are preferred as well
