职位描述：
responsibility：
1.Be responsible for process control and continuously improve the reliability, quality, yield and cycle time.
2.Edit process control specification, control plan, FMEA, machine work instruction and PM work instruction.
3.Define and identify production process flow ( Receiving –WH)
4.Define SPC control in line
5. Production WI owner and trainer
6.Change control owner in process
7. NPI BOM create and process update
8. MFG quality issue owner for process improvement
9.Develops and execute effective PM plans for related TTR and Supporting equipment. Ensure PM and calibration system meet ISO9000 requirements.
10.Identifies root cause, formulate effective corrective actions and resolves problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.
11To document maintenance procedures and process control, periodically review & make action plans.
12.Efficiently performs all tasks assigned to completion.
13.Utilizes good written and verbal communication skills.
14.Assist in performing calibrations/Insures calibrations are performed and documented according to the calibration schedule.
15. Assist in performing within the department and interdepartmentally as a team player in a teamwork environment.
16. Responsible for installation and ensure functionality of all ESD requirement in production area.
17.Utilizes SPC tool to analyses, control and improve production quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and equipment performance.
18.Drive suppliers on all the quality issues & improvement projects.
19.To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department.
20.Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.
Requirements:
1.College Diploma Degree or experience equivalent to that – Engineering related majors.
2.More than 5 years working experience, Strong hands on & engineering management for Assembly equipment & process.
3.English, fluent in reading and writing and speaking.
4.MS office, SAP, MCS, performance system.
