职位职能: 前台接待/总机/接待生
职位名称：人力资源及行政部－前台（实习生）
职责：
1、接听电话，接收传真，按要求转接，做好来电记录；
2、负责公司快递、信件的收发工作；
3、对来访客人的接待，及时告知被访人员；
4、协助上级完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
5、工作时间周一到周五。

任职资格：
1、大专或本科在校生。
2、有良好的文字表达能力及沟通协调力。
3、熟练使用办公软件，办公自动化设备。
4、工作细致认真，谨慎细心，热情，积极主动。
