职位描述：
1 编制材料采购计划并实施采购；
prepare material purchasing plan and implementation of purchasing.
2 完成采购订单的制作,确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
To complete the purchase order, confirm and arrange the delivery date and tracking the arrival of the goods
3 积极配合仓库保质保量完成采购货物的入库；
actively cooperate with the warehouse to complete the procurement of goods with good quality of put in storage
4 编制采购合同的分析与总结报告；
purchasing contract analysis and summary report
5 定期对厂商的绩效考核做出分析与改善；
regularly to the manufacturer's performance appraisal to make analysis and improvement
6 根据生产计划的需求日期跟厂商确认材料的交期并反馈给相关部门且及时跟踪保证材料按照计划进行；
according to the requirements of the production plan date with vendor to confirm material delivery and timely tracking and feedback to related departments to ensure material as planned
7 确认材料交期给计划部门并对回复的交期保持跟踪,以便能够按时按量到货保证交期有被执行；
confirm material delivery to planning department and keep tracking, to reply the delivery to volume, the arrival of the goods to ensure on time delivery has taken
8 每月与厂商核对账目并将数据提供给财务；
monthly check with the manufacturer and provide the data to financial accounts
9 处理原材料MRB不良品的退货补货事宜
handled raw material MRB non-conforming return replenishment
10 上级交代的其他工作任务的完成
superior account of the completion of other tasks
任职资格: Qualification
教育背景: Educational background
市场营销或国际贸易等相关专业大学专科以上学历。
Marketing or international trade or related professional university college degree or above
经 验: experience
？？有两年以上的采购相关经验。
Have related experience at least above 2years
技能技巧: skill
熟练使用电脑与办公软件；
Familiar with computer and office software
有很好的沟通能力，主动性强，有较强的抗压能力；
Have good communication skills, self-motivated, strong ability to work under pressure
熟悉行业状况，对行业较了解。
Be familiar with the industry status, more understanding to the industry
