1. 负责团队员工日常销售工作管理，把握销售节奏，调动销售氛围，及时解决员工在销售中出现的各种问题
2. 分解日目标，周目标，月目标，带领团队出色完成公司交给的各项销售指标
3. 定期对团队销售人员进行日常的销售技巧，专业知识培训及指导
4. 做好日，周，月销售数据分析总结，按时汇报给直属总监
5. 晨会定目标，激励，晚会组织总结分享，总结归纳，不断优化话术，提升团队整体销售能力
6. 为营销策划团队即使提供第一手销售前沿信息，协助做好每次活动的策划及宣导
7. 产品活动的宣导，执行，跟踪，反馈，活动效果的评估，总结
任职要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，1年以上销售管理工作经验
2. 带过10人以上的销售团队
3. 具备较强的沟通能力和管理协调能力
4. 从事护肤，美容，瘦身，丰胸，整形，生物医疗等相关行业工作经验优先考虑
5. 有美容院客户资源者优先
