职位描述：
Position Title： Chief Legal Consul,China
Report to: Global Legal Head
Location： Beijing

Responsibilities:
？ Licensing:
- Establish procedures relating to the application and renewal of required licenses.
- Oversees licensing compliance across geographies (PRC and abroad).
- Keep business informed of any update on local regulation regarding licensing Requirement.
- Advise business on license compliance matters.
？ Ethics and Compliance work:
- Establish framework and reporting for anti-fraud, related party transaction, inside information.
- Ensuring the Group's compliance with the listing Rules and all relevant corporate governance responsibilities.
- Lead relevant training to management and associated roll-out.
- Lead compliance investigations.
？ Contract management:
- Improve and manage the contract review framework and associated templates.
- Improve and manage the chop management policy.
- Roll out relevant contract policies.
？ IP and trademarks:
- Ensure company IP and trademarks are properly registered.
- Handle IP disputes.
？ Business Partnering:
- Act as a business partner to top management team on legal matters.
- Improve and manage an outside counsel network.

Requirements:
？ Degree in Law and/or CPA certification (or equivalent).
？ Additional certifications will be considered a plus.
？ Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
？ Minimum of 10 years’ experience and with good team management ability.
？ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with local, regional and Global colleagues.
？ Demonstrated ability to guide implementation of compliance policies.
？ Substantial experience in risk assessment and mitigation. 举报 分享
