Job Title: Training Center Coordinator 培训中心协调员

Job Purpose

The Training Center Coordinator oversees GTO Training programs, including program compliance, operations as well as overall training/instructional quality.监督GTO培训项目，包含项目流程及运营等所有关于培训质量把控.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities职位职责

• Responsible for the day to day operations of all organizational Training Programs.负责所有日常的培训项目
• Manage of program compliance according to GTO policies as well as other GTO Partner organizations (including the American Heart Association)根据GTO及其合作者（美国心脏协会）的政策管理培训项目
• Function as a subject matter expert in regards to education, training and instruction最好能起到教育培训指导的作用
• Manages all aspects of the GTO instructor development process, including teaching courses in the role of the GTO lead instructor管理监督GTO开展的导师课程，包括以GTO CHINA 首席教官的角色进行教学
• Act as a lead instructor in regards to continuing education of GTO instructors for existing, new and updated courses 作为一个GTO CHINA首席教官，能够有效的负责管理GTO旗下的导师，并及时对旗下导师进行更新课程，新课程的继续教育工作
• Ensure that files and records are properly maintained according to process and contractual obligations, working with accounting/HR or other internal groups as applicable (including for students and instructors)能够很好的维护培训数据及记录，并能够配合财务及人事人员的工作
• Responsible for being the main point of contact for any GTO Training Site as well as GTO partners as it relates to training matters (e.g. The American Heart Association)负责联系所有属于GTO CHINA旗下培训中心的重要联系人及GTO合作者的相关事项
• Assist management and other staff in regards to development and other initiatives relating to improvement of programs or program support协助领导提供使培训项目发展及改善的支持
• Manage the utilization of any GTO, AHA or other systems utilized within the training program, including for tracking and reporting purposes能够充分利用培训过程所需的系统，记录所有的数据以备查询
• Work with management, volunteers and other business partners of GTO to plan and execute events within the strategic goals of GTO. This includes events related to any training/education forums, conferences, sessions配合所有的管理人员及志愿者和其他的商业合作者来执行培训项目,包括培训/教育论坛，各大小型会议
• Direct other training operational staff as well as other internal GTO functions in regards to specific GTO training projects as contracted. This includes creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project指导其他培训中心的人员，使其能够按照合同执行培训项目
• Assist management as needed in recruiting, interviewing and selecting staff/volunteers/contractors with appropriate skills for the project and overall training activities/program协助管理人员招聘面试帅选合格的志愿者及合作者
• Responsible for other training related project management as assigned and in line with responsibilities 负责其他的跟培训相关的管理工作
  

Qualifications职位要求

· Training/education experience (preferably in medical industry) 培训/教育经验（最好有医学背景）

· Basic medical training and or previous training/instructional experience preferred 具备基础医学训练或者有培训/指导经验

· Project management experience项目管理经验

· Proven planning and organizing skills具备组织计划技能

· Communication skills – excellent oral and written English skills良好的沟通能力-英语读写说良好

· Problem analysis and problem solving能够分析解决问题

· Past experience in working for organization authorized to provide American Heart Association training programs beneficial有为公益性组织机构工作的经验

· Adaptable能够随机应变

· Team player that has a proven track record of taking initiative有良好的团队合作精神

· Ability to travel as needed, including on weekends可接受出差者

Education教育程度

· University Degree大学以上学历

· Medical training or experience preferred有过医学背景优先考虑
