职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责公司客户项目的IT技术支持和提供IT解决方案；
2.负责对公司产品的系统架构的设计与实现及相关IT系统的性能、稳定性、可扩展性、安全等；
3.对客户提出的需求进行可行性分析并转化为IT整体方案；
4.积极配合其他部门，有效完成项目的IT规划和部署，并为各项目的提供IT支持；
5.和公司总部IT以及有关业务部门能有效的联络和沟通，保持必要的信息共享和互动，确保总部的系统架构在中国的延续性以及总部对中国特定业务的必要了解；
6.对业界新技术保持敏锐的感知，积极探索公司产品在新技术上的应用；

岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，计算机及信息处理相关专业；
2.具备5-8年以上IT技术支持经验；熟悉Windows AD、Windows Server 2008/2012、SQL Server 2008/2012；
3.具备实施（虚拟）服务器群、存储、大型网络等经验；
4.熟悉（域）服务器、网络等的安全性相关的部署；
5.有良好的分析调研、文档编写等能力；良好沟通能力以及逻辑分析能力；
6.有责任心及团队合作精神，准时完成公司或客户分配的任务；
7.适应公司安排出差、客户现场技术支持；
8.英语听说读写熟练，能进行流畅的商务沟通；
9.懂Dynamic NAV, Dynamic CRM等微软产品架构，优先考虑； 举报 分享
