职位描述：
1. 协助On Board Consultant 整理候选人信息材料，分类递交；
2. 与候选人员沟通，协助On Board Consultant 安排面试和各项入职筛选考试；
3. 协助On Board Consultant 向航空公司推荐候选人；
4. 协助On Board Consultant 跟进面试的进程和反馈；
5. 主动、持续的跟进推荐流程，直至候选人入职；
6. 与航空公司保持密切的沟通，随时获取信息在团队中更新;
7. 执行准确的数据采集录入，及时向On Board Consultant 报告关键人选的信息和指标；
8. 定期向On Board Consultant 汇报入职进度，

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，1-3年销售助理工作经验，注重专业性、时效性；
2. 良好的英语口语，良好的沟通和协调能力；
