Responsibilities:

? Conceptualize and execute Decagon’s business strategy in the China market

? Evaluate regulations related to doing business in China in our industry

? Conduct a thorough market analysis and evaluate competitors to determine the best structure for Decagon’s business in China

? Formulate and execute annual sales and marketing plan for business investments in China

? Visit key customers to describe their business market, assess needs and potentially sell products

? Work with Decagon (US) to establish China-based service capabilities, including instrument calibration and repairs

? Manage relationships with current authorized distributors, and recruit new authorized distributors as necessary to promote product sales growth

Qualifications:

? Be a reliable and dependable communicator of business conditions in China related to Decagon’s business

? Ability to lead and profitably manage a growing business

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

? Candidate should have China business experience and ability to understand requirements both in China and the United States

? Ability to learn and apply science in the areas of food chemistry and sensing of the natural environment

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English and Chinese
