Sales Manager based in Beijing

Unique opportunity to join a leading global provider of travel services

Location: Beijing, China

Sector: Hotelbeds Group

Function: Sales Distribution

At a Glance


Explore, development and maintain clients: travel agency, educating and cultivating them familiar with and use brand system/software to easy daily operation.



Main responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with travel agents, capture new clients, develop opportunities with existing ones.
  • Identify client requirements with sales visit, tele-marketing, provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly sales visit reports and data records, consisting of analysis of data and recommendations to better manage client relationships.
  • Customer focus, enters the customer's world through listening and understanding skills.
  • Do goal setting and short term planning. Achieves results by setting goals using quality planning and analysis.
  • Fulfill the sales KPI target.
  • To be a valued member and actively involved in achieving team objectives.


Candidate profile:


  • An undergraduate degree from university
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to handle pressure, can manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks well
  • Good computer skill (Microsoft Office and PPT)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A proactive working style, accountable, customer oriented, well organized, self-motivated, suit for home-based working module
  • Good team working
  • Ability of working in cross-cultural company
  • Preference: Background of sales; Project management experience; 2 years experience in the field of travel
