Responsibilities:

• Work with Greenliant sales and marketing to generate customer design wins in South China

协助销售团队在中国南部的产品推广

• Provide technical training to FAEs in Greenliant’s sales channel
• 对分销商现场应用工程师进行培训
• Provide technical support to Greenliant customers in South China
• 对中国南部的客户提供技术支持
• Reply to technical questions from customers
• 重现客户反馈的技术问题
• Prepare quality and product documents to customers by working with appropriate internal departments
• 与公司其它部门协同工作为客户提供品质及产品文档
• Take lead in trouble-shooting and reporting technical issues
• 负责解决客户技术问题及产生相关问题的报告
• Instruct customers on how to use Greenliant utilities
• 指导客户如何使用Greenliant 的应用程序
• Understand customers’ applications and system environments
• 理解客户的应用和系统环境

Qualifications:

岗位要求：

• Experience with solid state drives (SSD) and/or other storage media required
• 需要有SSD 及 其它存储设备的相关经验
• Working knowledge of embedded systems
• 熟悉嵌入式系统
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems under tight deadlines
• 拥有紧迫压力下解决及分析复杂问题的能力
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to work independently
• Good verbal and written skills
• 良好的口头表述能力及写作技巧
• Works effectively with teams in fast-paced environment 2+ years technical experience in electronics industry
