Competencies required:
1. Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices, design quality standards and GMP standard.
2. Experience in all aspects of chemical/Pharmaceutical/industrial, include GMP projects from front end design through to detailed design, commissioning and handover.
3. Familiar with all design documentation and their use and be able to originate and check such documents including HVAC equipment datasheets, specifications and drawings
4. Thorough knowledge of air conditioning system, cooling and heating system etc.
5. Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC engineering. Function as the HVAC engineer for development and optimization of HVAC design to meet client requirement, evaluation of HVAC design input from client, check/review HVAC design intermediate design output to other disciplines and final HVAC document and drawings.
6. Proficient in Autocad and/or Microstation CAD systems.
7. Good knowledge of HVAC calculation software
8. Good English skills in listening, writing, speaking and communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
9. Must have experience on Pharmaceutical projects.

-    Project Initiation Service (feasibility studies, environmental impact studies, permitting, cost estimation)
