工作职责：

1. Be able to identify the critical challenges in coal gasification technologies and to propose strategies for coal gasification technology development;

分析并明确气化技术中的关键问题，制定气化技术发展方向；

2. Lead technical team to conduct R&D activities for coal gasification, including finalizing research plan, implementations and solve technical difficulties;

领导技术团队进行煤气化关键技术的研发发，确立研究方案、实施计划、解决技术难点；

3. Be able to apply research and engineering expertise to lead the experimental work on a pilot-scale gasification test facility;

利用研发和工程经验带领团队进行中试规模煤气化实验装置的运行；

4. Proposal generation and project execution for gasification technology development;

主持编写气化技术开发项目建议书并承担项目执行；

5. Foster the career growth for young talents and formulate research teams;

培养人才和梯队建设；

任职资格：

■ Minimums of 12 years of experience for a Ph.D, or Minimums of 15 years of experience for a Master, or Minimums of 18 years of experience for a Bachelor;

博士毕业12年，或硕士毕业15年，或本科毕业18年以上；

■ Degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, chemical engineering, coal chemical industry or related fields;

机械工程、热能工程、化学工程、煤化工等专业毕业；

■ With coal gasification R&D background and knowledge in coal gasification technology development process;

具有煤气化研究背景，熟悉煤气化技术研发过程；

■ Significant experience and expertise in coal gasification technology development or demonstration is preferred;

在煤气化技术领域已经取得重大成果者优先；

■ Must have hands-on experience in leading coal gasification technology development or engineering projects;

必须有领导过煤气化技术开发或工程化项目的实际工作经验；

■ Strong communication and coordinating skills, problem solving skills, and leadership skills;

出色的协调沟通能力、解决问题能力和领导能力；

■ Proven ability to work in a team environment and proven project management experience is a must；

良好的团队工作能力及项目管理能力；

■ Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese;

出色的语言表达能力（包括英语和中文）；
