Position: Senior Assitant to Founder

This position includes working closely with the Founder and Principal of the Riskind Group on the following tasks:
-Following up with Agents and Partners
-Meeting Coordination and Participation
- EB-5 Partner firm lead acquisition
-Admin Support/Logistics/Coordination
Requirements:
-Admin Background
-English and Chinese ability
-Hard working and detail oriented
-Understanding of Finance, Investor programs is a plus

Introduction:
The Riskind Group is an American investment and consulting firm headquartered in Beijing specializing in US-China cross border investments.Through an extensive bi-lateral network and deep market knowledge, the firm’s three core business areas include:
The Riskind Group has built a syndicate of medium-sized immigration agents across more than 8 markets in China to pursue EB-investments within three models:
1. Multi-Unit Direct Investment Project Development
2. EB-5 Fund Origination in Cooperation with Regional Centers 3. Regional Center Project Representation
The firm provides a full-service approach including project/fund design, structuring, regional center bidding (if necessary), contracting, EB-5 compliant documentation, marketing material development (English/Chinese), coordination of promotional events in China, investor tracking and coordination, and immigration agent relationship management. The goal is to design an EB-5 opportunity with the path of least resistance into the market.
