- 10+ years relevant working experience including public accounting firm is a plus
- Good people managers with strong interpersonal, communications, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skill
- Willingness to make decisions and take over responsibilities
- Accurate, analytical, reliable, team work spirit, highly responsible, strong sense in keeping confidentiality, pro-active, self-motivated, committed, open-minded, able to work under pressure with tight deadline and multi tasksKnowledge
- Bachelor or above degree in finance and accounting, CPA or MBA is preferred of JDE system is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in English, oral and written
