职位描述

Job Responsibilities:


Office Administration


· Ensure office supplies and related payment settlements are done on time


· Purchase, collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies


· Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment


· Liaise with the building management officers on all the office matters


· Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, filing and scanning


· Coordinate and direct office service, such as monthly office rental, mineral water, business name card printing, manager’s mobile phone, and plant rental


· Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences


Receptionist Services


· Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member


· Front-desk receptionist including, but not limited to interact with clients, vendors and visitors


Travel and Mailing Arrangement


· Make travel arrangements, business trip booking and record for Department Heads and staff – flight and hotel booking


· Sign for and distribute Courier or similarly delivered packages


· Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including fax and letter


Department Heads related assistance work


· Help manager to file and record business documents


· Assist manager on other personal issues


Others


· Assists in special event, such as annual meeting and team building


· Provide necessary departmental support on ad-hoc basis








Candidate Specification




  • Graduated student (Bachelor Degree)

  • Good computer skills (work, excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good English verbal & written skills.

  • Can use office equipment, such as telephone system/copy machine/scanner/printer

  • The ability to problem solve and develop new ideas to improve working practices

  • Attention to detail

  • Highly motivated and organized
