KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1 Partners with the business units in analysing the business needs and translating into training strategies (short and medium terms) for the business
2 Manages the design and delivery of training solutions on the basis of business priorities.
- identifying and analysing business and training needs
- designing, tailoring and delivering effective learning solutions (which is not limited to classroom-based training)
- monitoring and evaluating the learning outcomes
3 Ensures effectiveness of training investment by:
- ensuring the application of learning can meet the business needs
- building capabilities and the talent pipeline for future collaboration with the partners.
4 Prepares, monitors and controls the learning budget and expenditures, driving budget accuracy and training effectiveness.
5 Provides coaching, direction and leadership to subordinates; builds a working environment in which all team members are coached and motivated to achieve planned business results
6 Ensures compliance with RGP and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business.
7 Undertakes other duties assigned by Business Development (Overseas).

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE
(min. requirements)
? A university degree with a strong numeric background (higher degree and professional qualifications will be considered a plus)

? Solid -on experience in curriculum, learning delivery, competency framework, and capability development

? Attention to accuracy and details

TECHNICAL SKILLS
(min.)
? Technical expertise in the field of training and development; proficient knowledge in training needs analysis and training delivery
? Proficient understating of instruction strategies in the training context
? Strong interpersonal and managerial skills applicable in a cross-cultural context
? Bilingual: Excellent command in English and Chinese; capable to deliver training in both English and Putonghua proficiently
? Proficient in MS Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
