职位描述
岗位职责
1、协助公司CEO制定公司技术发展战略规划，通过技术的实现推动整体战略的实现；
2、提供重大技术问题分析和建议方案；
3、负责管理整体核心技术，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案；
4、负责组织研究行业最新产品的技术发展方向和技术架构，保证技术的领先性，巩固核心竞争力优势；
5、领导技术团队实现系统的架构设计、系统分析、产品开发、平台搭建和性能优化等各项任务；
6、领导产品、技术团队的组织建设和管理体系建设的规划与实施、核心团队和梯队建设等相关工作开展，提升团队的工作质量、效率和技术能力，构建稳定、高效的技术研发团队；
7、负责组织核心技术产品的研究和攻关工作。
8、至少精通C、java、android、PHP等任何一种技术语言，对其他技术语言应有丰富的相应技术工作经验；
9、对目前的无线移动 IOS 及Android等系统开发有相应经验
任职要求
教育背景：
1. 年龄不限；
2. 本科或以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关工科专业。
职业经历：
5年以上互联网/移动互联/电子商务行业、项目开发及团队管理经验；
管理过10人以上技术团队
职业能力：
1. 熟悉互联网/移动互联/电子商务领域业务，深刻理解产业发展方向，具备敏锐准确的洞察力和缜密的逻辑思维，能够把握行业业务发展动向和关键技术发展趋势，并有自己的独到见解；
2. 很强的战略管理能力、组织管理能力、项目管理能力、创新管理能力；
3. 高超的战略方向把控能力，高领导力、高统筹能力，能引领整个团队高效运转；
4. 用人、识人及有效授权，推动整个团队组织发展及梯队建设；
5. 强烈的创新意识，高度的创造力、拓展力；
6. 良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力
