职位描述：

该职位汇报给店面产品组全国销售经理。该职位办公地点在上海，主要工作职责为菲力尔电商平台店面产品业务的发展和开拓，需要与团队紧密合作，发展和完成公司制定的店面产品销售指标。

工作职责：

1. 在主流电商平台上建立并发展我们的网店。
2. 负责网店的品牌建设，各类网页版面设计，确保品牌形象，促进点击率。
3. 线上产品的日常维护和更新（产品、图片、价格、技术参数、培训视频、应用案例等）。
4. 与客户的日常沟通，回答客户的简单技术和商务咨询，实现线上销售。
5. 负责目标产品在线上的促销活动计划和实施。
6. 负责线上销售的数据挖掘、管理和分析，增加点击量和转化率。
7. 给予经销商必要的网店运营知识培训。
8. 其他主管安排的工作任务。

应聘条件：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场或相关专业背景。
2. 2年以上电子商务销售方面工作经验，优先考虑有工业品行业工作经验者。
3. 良好的市场敏锐度和解决问题的能力。
4. 能适应偶尔的国内和国际出差工作。
5. 出色的人际沟通能力。流利的中文和商务英语能力。
6. 具有出色的团队合作精神，同时也具备独立完成工作的能力。
7. 出色的时间管理能力，有效安排工作计划。

Position Description:

Reporting to Shop Line Manager China. This position is located in Shanghai and will fully dedicate in shop line products business. Work closely with other team to develop online-shop business and drive sales results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Set up and develop E-shop business on major platforms.
2. In charge of E-shop image promotion, all kinds of page design, to ensure the brand image and improve the conversion rate.
3. Daily updates and maintenance the E-shop information (product pictures, price, technical data, training videos, application stories…).
4. Daily communications with customers to achieve online sales revenues.
5. Run online promotion campaigns for target products.
6. Responsible for E-shop data mining, management and analysis, improve the shop hits, visitation and conversion rate.
7. E-shop knowledge training to dealers if necessary.
8. Other task assigned by managers.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of e-commerce working experience. (Industrial products working experience is preferred.)
3. Strong marketing sense and good ability in problem solving.
4. Willing to travel domestically and internationally occasionally.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Chinese and English.
6. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
7. Good time management skills.
