Job Summary工作概述: In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR Manager may develop, manage and/or administer the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.

Recruiting招聘
1. Totally involved in internal and external recruitment refer to ISO procedure.跟据公司ISO流程负责公司内部外部的招聘。
2. Screens applicants CVs for department managers’ further interview. Proactive coordination with department for interviews. 筛选简历,协助部门参与面试。
3. Develop more recruitment channel for to meet companies’ needs for talent. 发展多种招聘渠道,及时满足公司用人需求。
4. Be responsible for staff on board procedure and prepare labor contract according to offer. Updated e-HR system with new employee information. 负责新员工入职手续办理及聘用管理。及时更新e-HR新员工信息。
5. Be responsible for labor contract and staff filing management ;负责劳动合同和员工档案管理。
Compensation & benefit management薪酬福利
1. Be the key contact person with Fesco and Tricor for staffs’ compensation and benefit management. 联络人事外包公司Fesco, Tricor 管理当地员工的薪酬福利。
2 .Manage local staffs’ social insurance and housing fund program. 管理当地员工的社保和公积金。
Training 培训
1. Assist HR manager in the development of the talent training and develop plan. 协助人力资源经理开发员工培训课程和制定人才发展计划。
2. Develop, coordinate ,implement and do all training and development programs for all employees;发展,联络和实施所有培训项目。
3. Monitor training budget and prepare the training analyze reports; 监督培训预算的实施,制作培训分析报表。
4. Collect training needs from departments and confirm the training needs with supervisors. 搜集部门培训需求,与部门主管确认培训的需求。
5. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees;为员工识别并安排合适的培训方案。
6. Implement the training activities and logistic support, make the training completed.负责实施培训计划,提供培训后勤支持以保证培训的完成。
7. Implement new staff orientation.实施新员工入职培训。
8.Make sure company training system and policy are in line with TL9000 requirement (if required).确保公司的培训体系符合TL9000的标准和要求(如需)。

Job Requirement:任职要求
1. The HR Specialist has graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.人力资源专员需本科以上学历,人力资源、工商管理等相关专业。
2. With a minimum of 5 years of work experience in related HR filed as recruitment, compensation & benefit, training and etc, 五年以上人力资源各模块相关工作经验,熟悉招聘,薪酬,福利管理,培训等相关模块。
3. Balances priorities, great people skills, coordinates and facilitates initiative, superior communicator, and positive attitude. 有良好的管理事务的能力,较强的人际交往能力,极佳的沟通和协调能力,积极地工作态度。
4. Good MS office skills, confidential, organized and detail oriented, high attention to employee health and safety concerns, flexible and responsive, ability to solve problems, professional demeanor and etiquette, friendly and helpful manner. 良好的MS Office技能,具有保密、关注细节、灵活应变的能力、解决问题的能力、专业的风范和礼仪,友好和乐于助人的态度。
5. Acquaintance with the local labor market and various recruiting channel,familiar with local compensation & benefit policy. 熟悉当地劳务市场和招聘渠道和当地薪酬福利政策。
6. Be knowledgeable with Chinese labor law and related regulations. 熟知中国劳动法和相关政策法规。
7. English CET4 or above.英文四级以上
