Job Title: (Sr.) Synopsys IP CAE (PCIe)
Location: Beijing/Shanghai

The primary job responsibility of the Application engineers is to become the customers trusted partner and help them become successful by using the Synopsys PCIe IP.
As the PCIe Product Specialist, you will ensure that Synopsys is focused on providing simple, easy to understand product solutions for our customers.
A successful customer engagement involves:
- Providing excellent technical support to enable configuring and integrating the Synopsys PCIe IP into customer’s SoC
- Work closely with customers to understand current design/verification flow and future needs
- Anticipate, diagnose and resolve customer problems coordinating, as necessary, with cross-functional teams
- Creating and conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
- Drive best practices and lessons learnt from evaluations and customer interactions back in to product development

Position Requirements:
- BSEE required with 5+ years (MSEE with 3+ years) of related industry experience
- 2 years minimum in ASIC Design Implementation, Synthesis, Design Constraints, DFT, Low Power and Deep Static Timing Analysis for ASIC projects
- Prior experience with PCI Express protocol and architecture is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills and judgment
- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills and attention to details
- Candidate must be trust worthy, a good team player and be passionate to consistently go above and beyond
