该职位汇报给销售及行政支持经理。该职位办公地点在上海，主要工作职责是为仪器部产生销售线索和数据管理。需要与呼叫中心紧密合作，通过维护和更新数据，核实有价值的销售线索来支持销售团队完成业绩。该职位需要对海量数据进行整理、分类和筛选出有价值的信息并排列优先级，需要较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力。

工作职责：

1. 对数据进行整理、分类、筛选有价值的信息并排列优先级。
2. 维护公司CRM系统，不断更新各类有价值的信息。
3. 协助销售团队完成其他销售相关工作。
4. 其他主管安排的工作任务。

应聘条件：

1. 本科及以上学历，理工科等相关专业背景优先。
2. 两年以上数据管理方面工作经验。
3. 出色的逻辑思维能力。
4. 出色的办公自动化软件使用能力，尤其是CRM系统以及Excel。
5. 流利的中文和商务英语听说读写能力。
6. 具有出色的团队合作精神，同时也具备独立完成工作的能力。
7. 出色的时间管理能力和解决问题的能力。

Position Description:

Reporting to the Office Manager Shanghai. This position is located in Shanghai and will fully dedicate in Leads generation and database management within instruments team. Work closely with call center to support the sales team with an updated database and qualify incoming leads. This position will be responsible for sorting, prioritizing, and analyzing potential sales leads. This position requires analytical & research skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sorting, prioritizing, and analyzing potential sales leads.
2. Maintenance the CRM database (Dealers, End-users…).
3. Support the sales team with other sales related tasks.
4. Other tasks assigned by managers.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of leads & Data management working experience.
3. Excellent logical thinking ability.
4. Excellent in using Microsoft office tools especially Excel.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Chinese and business English.
6. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
7. Good problem solving and time management skills.
