Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Accounts Management & Development
· Ensure regional sales processes and systems are well understood and implemented across all sales territories, resulting in achieving sales force effectiveness and efficiency improvements
· Manage a rigorous follow-up process aimed at building relationships with board level directors and senior decision-makers
- Ensure country sales strategy is incorporated into all major targets set for the sales force
· Monitor Account Executives utilisation of the Pipeline Forecast and ensuring that business from new and existing customers is successfully negotiated in a timely manner
· Be a lead consultant to manage and deliver customer-focused service offerings
· Update country head and Regional office of competitor’s pricing, marketing and service intelligence
Coaching and Leadership
· Develop a high performance service culture through personal involvement in coaching, mentoring and sponsorship
· Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective functional department
· Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and appraise individual performance
· Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
· Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to achieve Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
Reporting and Compliance
· Ensure all standard sales processes are completed in Salesforce.com
· Work with Finance function to develop acceptable billing cycles and formats of customers
· Actively support Regional office teams in areas of sales & marketing campaigns and other program initiatives
· Work with the customer onboarding team to ensure process that is implemented is in line with organizational process & systems
· Ensure data accuracy of customer information through field sales staff and commercial support teams
Desired Skills / Qualifications
· 7-9 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the transportation or service industry
· A progressive and proven track record of marketing and sales success
· Experience of building a sales team with exceptional leadership skills
· Experience of business consulting and project management techniques
· Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
· 2-3 years’ experience in ecommerce related fields will be advantageous
Minimum Educational Qualification
· Degree in Business
· Having MBA will be advantageous
