职位：前台秘书

直接汇报人：行政主管

工作职责：

1）应答客户来电及转接；

2）引导来访客户；

3）处理邮件收发；

4）车辆使用安排及预订；

5）办公室成本费用归集，如饮用水、电、办公用品；

6）接待面试人员，安排笔试；

7）更新电话薄；

8）其他行政主管安排的工作。

任职资格：

1）大专以上学历，外语，文学等文科专业优先；

2）外貌端正，品行优良；

3）可以用简单的英语进行交流，英语阅读无障碍；

4）良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力；

5）良好的计算机软件操作能力 (主要为office 软件)；

6）至少一年以上的相关经验，如在外资背景的会计师事务所，律师事务所，投资银行，基金等就职经历的，优先考虑。

Title: Receptionist
Report to: Admin. Supervisor
Responsibilities:
? To answer the telephone call and handle the paging request
? To guide the visitors to the right host
? To handle the mails received and to be received
? Car arrangement and car booking coordination
? Cost counting and allocation for site water, electricity, gas, car, etc
? To prepare the forms and test paper for candidates’ interview and host the interviewees
? To update the telephone extension number list
? Other asst. work arrangement by ADM leader

Qualifications:

1. Education Background
? College diploma, with major in liberal arts are preferred.

2. Skills and knowledge
? Good communication skills and teamwork
? Proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and etc.
? Good verbal and written communication capability in English

3. Working Experience
? At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or secretary, preferably in multinational company
