Manager Wholesale Acceptance

This position is for a world-known auto finance company

Position Summary
The function owner has team leader role, and is responsible for the team performance of timely and correct approval of wholesale credit applications and the portfolio management to responsible dealers/dealer groups. The function owner is also supporting Wholesale Risk Manager on wholesale risk analysis, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Lead a wholesale credit team to achieve team targets. Responsible for team task planning, facilitating and coaching team members, coordinating externally, and assuring quality within the team.
- Responsible for team result of wholesale/fleet credit applications and annual review approvals through CRS & DIP system.
- Ensure team performance to get approvals on time through CRC/SF-R/RRC/GRC, and achieve required quality as per credit risk guidelines and wholesale acceptance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and check clear enforcement and compliance of credit approval decision, including approval conditions and covanence, take corrective and preventive action if violation identified.
- Work together with Sales and Operations on responsible problem dealers/customers, conduct risk assessment, propose action plan, and follow up on action plan implementation.
- Provide financial analysis input for high exposure retail credit applications.
- Ensure data quality of dealer/customer, responsible of timely, accurate input/update of required data into various systems.

Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas.
- Strong financial analysis skills and up to date knowledge in Chinese business practice.
- High initiative and accountability, result driven and quality oriented, good communication skills, can work under pressure.
- Fluent in English. Good command of business writing and presentation in English.
- Competent in IT systems, including MS Office.
- At least five years of working experience in commercial environment, ideally related functions of a bank or captive business.
- At least two years working experience in commercial credit/risk management functions.
