Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Technical Trainers, Training Centers, Training Bases, dealers and BMW Aftersales Department to planning/scheduling technical training based on resources to ensure technical training and certification target could achieve.

-Manage a team to organize and coordinate technical training in terms of course publish, enrollment, logistics and records.
- Control budget and process purchasing and payment for Beijing Training Center

- In charge of learning management system GQS for technical training

- Main Coordinator for dealer Inhouse Trainer Management

- Training related events organization

- Training related projects


Qualifications

- University degree or above.

- Skill with Microsoft Office tools

- Proficient English in oral and write

- Competency of Administration and vendor management

- General administration experience

- Experience with training organization
