Responsibilities:

Update and distribution of claim guideline if needed or new policies are released
- Training and explanation to dealers in case of questions and enquiries
- Hold claim training for dealers and internal colleagues.
- Dealer claim processing. Review Dealer claims against completeness of supporting documents. If necessary collect additional information from dealers.
- Analyze Dealer claim, decide on claim acceptance (credit, debit, return, scrap), inform Dealer on claim decision
Review claims with warehouse service provider and assign claims to service provider, if the service provider is liable for the claim.
- Issuing Warehouse Discrepancy Report to correct the stocks in the system
- Follow-up open claims (return or scrapping from dealer pending)
- Proper documentation of claim decision and claim status in the system
- Handle dealer enquiries of current claims status.
- Handle inbound claims caused by BMW AG (e.g. manufacturer defect, wrong deliveries)
Regular Follow-up on claims status with BMW AG. Appeal BMW AG claim decision, if necessary.
- Handle parts recall campaigns issued by BMW AG
- Analyze the cause of claims and develop with the involved parties activities to improve the performance
-Give feedback of claim analysis to BMW AG responsible person to achieve best practise.
-Hold weekly claim meeting with Warehouse Service Provider to improve Warehouse operation. e."
Management reporting
-To generate and provide monthly claim report and RDC report.
- Define part numbers for perpetual count. Define count frequency
- Review perpetual count result by service provider on correctness
- Prepare and confirm warehouse discrepancy report based on count result
-To decide whether Claims submitted by dealers or Service provider should be accepted or rejected.
-To judge the responsibility for both inbound and outbound claims
- Communicate with each responsible team to improve the quality of parts delivery

Know-how-Use of the systems, e.g. GIS, RDA, GPOS
- Error rate management and stock taking.


Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science or similar
- Related professional experience in all aspects of Auto parts with knowledge of claim handle process
- Experience with SAP operation (DMS, WPS)
- IT-knowledge (MS Office, SAP R/3).
- Parts or related claim knowledge
- Logistics knowledge.
- English fluent, Chinese native.
- High level of communication skills with open mind
- Ability to cope with stress and willing to change
- Capacity for teamwork
- Training skills
