岗位职责：
1.维护老客户关系；
2.协调公司各部门将项目讯息发展成有效讯息，并进一步取得成功；
3.针对项目，调查业主背景及信用，竞争对手，分析过滤增加项目成功率；
4.开发维护中介商，以获取优质项目讯息；
5.其它上级交办的各项工作任务。

任职资格：
1.　本科以上学历，市场营销/英文/建筑/室内/工程专业；
2.　5年以上市场开拓经验，至少1年家具，装修等领域服务经验；
3.　英文能力要求，专业8级以上；
4.　沟通协调能力强。

Responsibilities:
1.Maintain　relationship　with　corporate　clients;
2.Coordinate　with　internal　departments　to　develop　market　information　into　valuable　clues,　and　to　support　winning;　
3.Investigate　and　analyze　potential　client`s　background,credibility　and　competitor　to　increase　hit　ratio;
4.Develop　and　maintain　RE　agents　relationship　to　obtain　valuable　information;
5.Accomplish　assignments　from　supervisors.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor　degree　or　above,majored　in　English,Marketing,　Architectural,　Interior　design　or　Engineering;
2.More　than　5　years　marketing　experience,　with　at　least　1　year　service　experience　in　fitting　out　or　furniture　industry;
3.TEM-8　or　above,　fluent　in　Mandarin　and　English;
4.Good　communication　and　coordination　skills.
