职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责手机移动端软件及PC端Web页的测试工作;
2、根据产品需求文档编写测试计划,设计测试数据和测试用例,提交测试报告;
3、负责准确、详实的描述bug产生的过程、bug的现象,并对bug的严重程度做基本判别,在修改过程中对bug进行跟踪,执行回归测试;
4、协助制定测试计划,建立、维护测试工作的相关文档;
5、定位用户反馈的bug,并及时进行跟踪处理;
6、站在用户角度提出产品改进的合理化建议,提升软件交互体验。
任职要求:
1、熟悉软件测试理论和方法,具备两年以上软件测试经验,有移动端APP项目开发或测试经验者优先;
2、熟悉软件测试流程,能够合理编制项目的测试计划及进度,编写测试用例;
3、熟悉常用的自动化测试工具和Bug管理跟踪软件;
4、热爱软件测试工作,具有较强的学习能力、创新能力,认真负责,能够承担工作压力;
5、良好的沟通能力、职业素质和团队精神,尊重公司不同性取向员工的多元文化。
