工作内容:

按照软件开发管理流程，负责软件项目的配置管理工作；

按照公司的质量体系规范，总体负责项目的质量保证工作；

按照标准格式填写并提交测试、配置报告，编写其他相关文档；

在项目中开展过程审计和产品审计，跟踪质量问题的解决；

完成项目经理或质量经理交办的其他工作。

职位要求:

2年以上软件质量工作经验，有银行信贷系统及互联网行业P2P测试经验者优先。

熟悉常用的软件测试方法、软件工程知识，熟悉面向对象设计的测试工作；

熟悉测试方案和测试计划的制定，具备很强的测试用例设计能力；

熟悉配置管理理论和常用工具，具备相关的基本知识和方法；

具备良好的英语阅读能力，能够阅读英文测试资料。
