岗位职责：
1. 负责本部销售现场日常管理工作，严格按规章制度办事，使各项销售工作规范化；
2.协助销售总监制定营销战略规划，为重大营销决策提供信息支持；
3.协助销售总监组织项目销售定价和销售策划方案的审核；
4.监督销售员每日工作情况，督促并协助其完成销售目标；
5. 制定销售管理制度，并负责管理制度的监督执行；
6.负责对销售团队进行业务指导、激励，使之业务能力、业绩不断提高；
7.对销售员进行业务培训，负责对其工作绩效进行考核。

任职条件：
1.精通房地产基础知识；
2.通晓多种销售技巧；
3.具有多年的别墅产品销售经验；
4.熟悉房地产市场现行的相关政策。
5.5年以上房地产销售经验
