工作职责:
1. 制定测试计划，设计并开发测试用例，执行测试用例，报告Bug，完成测试报告.
2. 开发自动化测试程序
高级工程师：
3. 设计测试方案和测试策略
4. 缺陷分析
5. 研究和优化测试环境测试工具以及测试方法，分析测试结果以达成以下目标：
- 改进现有测试
- 持续增强测试效率和效果
- 更新测试状态和进度
职位要求:
基本条件：
1. 2年以上软件/固件开发经验.
2. 3年以上软件/固件测试经验.
3. 熟悉C语言.
4. 至少熟悉一种脚本语言.
5. 熟悉白盒/黑盒测试技术以及软件QA相关知识。
6. 熟练使用英语进行沟通。
个人特质：
1. 具有系统性思考问题的能力
2. 具有分解问题的能力
3. 对提高软件质量充满热情
4. 喜欢探究事物工作原理
5. 细心
优先考虑：
1. NAND Flash相关开发经验
