职位描述

HR:
1.Assist in organizing and managing all activities of the HR department. Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives and systems.
2.Assist as needed in the scheduling and follow-up for standard recruiting and placement within the organization.
3.Be responsible for implementing the company's human resources admission program, by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy.
4.Assists in meeting legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function in own work field. .
5.Prepare and maintain reports as are necessary to carry out functions of the department.Prepare periodic movement and HC reports to management, as necessary or requested.
6.Be responsible for the induction process as well as for hiring selected candidates
7.Help to develop staffing policy and procedures to provide career development within the organization.
8.Handle the employee report/ movement and exit process as well as the employee grievance
9.Provide support to other HR functions
10.Be responsible for Admin. Support activities and formulate/implement/update related policies and procedures.
11.To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department
12.Keep closely relationship with the recruitment Agency and update the recruitment information.
13.Records and administers all payroll processes, especially for attendance record system (salary changes, sick time, overtime, etc.), on all employees to ensure compliance with Company policies and practices and to ensure accurate reporting to payroll service provider and labor bureau.

Admin:
1.Handle phone calls, Answer client inquiry and transfer the call to related person
2.Handle visitors
3.Help to arrange interview schedule with candidates
4.Mailing system Collect and distribute letters and mails in and out
5.Send out shipments
6.Provide support to other HR& Admin functions
7.To implement other tasks assigned by other necessary project in own department

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1.Major in Human resources with experience in staffing and admin(Master will be better.)
2.Excellent written and oral ommunication skills
3.International mind set
4.Good interpersonal skills
5.Drive, commitment and energy, ability to "sell" and convince
6.Excellent interpersonal and planning skills, pro-activeness
7.Tenacity and focus on details
8.Minimum bilingual (English required)
