Regional Sales Manager 区域销售经理
This is a full time position based in Shanghai or Beijing office, reporting to Sales & Distribution Director, Asia.
此职务是常驻上海或北京的全职岗位,向亚洲区销售总监汇报。
Primary Responsibilities: 主要职责
Lead Polaris efforts in establishing dealer networks and drive sales growth through them in designated areas in China. Lead dealers’ effort in building strong Polaris brands among target customer segments. Provide guidance to dealers on various marketing and promotion activities.

This person will work closely with our local marketing and other supporting functional teams to provide support and monitoring capability to dealers in designated regions.

Dealer Network Development – 经销商网络拓展
- Follow and optimize pre-defined dealer network development process to build dealer prospects funnel, evaluate and cultivate high potential ones to become high performance distribution partners 遵循并优化预先制定的经销商网络发展流程,建立潜在经销商漏斗,从中评估和培养高潜力者成为优秀分销合作伙伴
- Provide all necessary training, support and guidance to channel partners to enable them to achieve Polaris brand and sales objectives.为渠道合作伙伴提供一切必要的培训,支持和指导,使他们能够达到北极星品牌的要求和销售目标。
- Establish long lasting, mutual beneficial relationship with key strategic dealers to grow customer bases and Polaris share in designated regions. 与重要的经销商建立长期持久的,互惠互利的战略合作伙伴关系,从而促进指定的区域客户群增长和扩大北极星产品的占有率。
Dealer Management – 分销商管理
- Define dealer performance objectives and metrics according to overall company objectives, including but not limited to sales volume and revenue numbers

- Monitor dealer performance and provide regular report to management, define and execute countermeasures to keep performance on track, including monthly sales result analysis, forecasts, market share and inventory data 监控经销商表现,并定期提供管理报告,制定和执行对策,持续追踪,包括每月销售业绩分析,预测,市场占有率和库存数据。
- Provide support to dealer on order processing, shipping schedule, and credit management etc, to ensure they maximize sales potential and minimize financial risk to Polaris 对经销商提供支持,包括:订单处理,船期和信贷管理等,以确保其充分发挥销售潜力,尽可能为北极星减少金融风险,
- Establish mechanisms with dealers to gain insight to end customer base so that Polaris can make sure that product and marketing strategies are appropriate to address their needs 与经销商一起建立有效的机制来充分掌握最终用户的动向以使北极星能保证我们的产品和市场策略能尽可能符合客户需要
Product Promotions –产品推广
- Develop programs to promote Polaris products through various channels通过不同渠道和各种活动推广北极星产品。
- Manage execution of dealer channel promotional programs and conduct evaluations to ensure best return on investment.执行经销商渠道促销方案,并进行评价以确保最佳的投资回报率。
- Work closely with product management and marketing teams understand products line and develop product launch strategies. Support the product launch execution in responsible regions.密切与产品管理和营销团队合作,了解产品线并制定产品推广策略。支持在负责任的地区产品发布执行
Education Background 学历要求
A successful candidate needs to have at least Bachelor’s degree, an MBA degree or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Working Experience 工作年限
Candidates should have at least 8 years working experience in sales/distribution functional areas, ideally worked in one of the following industries:
