• Job title: Digital / Interactive Planner

Reporting to: BD/MD

Job Summary:

A good listener and an imaginer. Can effectively analyze client business issues and translate them into effective interactive strategic counsel.

Has an understanding of brand management, customer management, and has the ability to counsel Clients on how to take unique advantages of the internet and interactive mediums.

Understands the usage of data to derive marketing insights.

Main responsibilities:

Interactive Marketing

• Experienced with the principles and practices of user-centric webdesign (Interactive Architecture)
• Knowledge of interactive media formats, technologies and functionalities.
• Experience with of online measurements and analytics as relates to online campaigns, media performance, site usage and visitor experience.
• Experience with executing online research programs and the variety of techniques available.
• Understanding of current interactive technologies.
• Familiarity with other non-web related interactive practices such as: Kiosks, Mobile Marketing, Multi-Media, etc.
• Ability to develop online / integrated contact strategies

General Consulting

• Manage client expectations and promote consulting offerings to them in clean, concise and easily understood manner.
• Understanding of key principles of Customer Relationship management and the issues which impact them.
• Develop key customer management strategies and understand implementation implications
• Able to translate data insights into marketing insights
• Define a clear consulting scope based on business requirements
• Confident in evaluating and working with third parties.
• Ability to initiate and drive quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Build relationships with management and staff (internal & external) in business areas associated with customer management planning work.
• Develop the skills and knowledge within other members of the department or company
• Confident in Data Analysis, Telemarketing Strategies and Contact Strategy Development

General Requirements:

• Master degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience 2-3 years in strategic planning, Interactive marketing or analytical role
• Prior Project Management experience
• Experience managing clients.
• Understanding of advertising / communications / marketing techniques, metrics, and reporting.
• Demonstrated analytical and organization skills.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
