厨电产品培训专员

岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略，制定和完成年度销售培训计划；
2、负责公司企业文化、品牌、产品知识和销售技能等相关培训；
3、与总部培训部保持良好沟通，积极学习新的产品知识；
4、对每期培训效果做好评估和反馈，并不断完善培训方案；
5、培训资料收集、制作，培训教材开发与维护；


任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，一年以上销售培训经验，从事过家电培训工作者优先；
2、普通话标准，表达能力及逻辑思维能力较好；
3、熟练运用Powerpoint、Word、Excel等软件独立制作培训方案；
4、优秀的语言表达能力、良好的分析能力、沟通能力、执行能力；
5、热爱培训工作。
