岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、电力、自动化相关专业，具有电气工程师、建造师等工程师以上专业技术职称；
3、五年以上工程或研发管理经验，或者从事企业整体技术管理三年以上工作经验；
4、熟悉电力行业发展，对于发展趋势具有相应的预测能力；
5、了解国家及行业的政策、标准。
工作职责：
1、协助总工，贯彻国家、行业标准，负责企业标准的制定；
2、协助总工，负责对公司的产品标准、工艺标准、技术图纸制定、审核；
3、协助总工，负责公司新产品开发以及现有产品更新中的方案设计、阶段控制、验收工作的制定、组织、审核；
4、协助总工，编制公司的技术发展规划，对现有技术规划进行改造和调整；
5、负责公司的质量管理体系运行，制定、审核、评价技术革新、对质量问题进行调查、分析、处理；
6、负责公司的总体技术培训、新产品推广；
7、协调研发、生产、技术、工程等部门间的沟通，组织工程施工、工程验收；
8、组织解决生产、施工过程中的关键或重大技术问题；
9、负责企业的安全生产事项，组织安全事故的调查、分析、处理工作；
10、公司安排的其他工作。
