This role will be responsible for business development in China, based in Beijing. The candidate will have proven management, sales and client facing experience, confident that she/he can deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.


Responsibilities:


Develop sales and sourcing opportunities in the mineral, chemical and light industries. Minimum 4 years experience
Support negotiations with suppliers and contract discussions with Headquarters.
Extensive telephone and in-person external supplier and client visits.
Deliver Annual Plans.
Skills & Background:


Comfortable with both office administration and factory environments. (Clients and suppliers in industrial fields, preferably in chemicals).
International Trade Experience, working with North America, South America, European, and Asian-Pacific cultures. Minimum 4 years experience
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Good communicator and team-oriented.
Flexible with long and odd hours, due to international time zones.
Can travel at any times.
