主要职责：

1、销售管理职位，负责其产品领域内主要销售目标和计划制定，参与或协助上层制定和执行相关销售策略和制度。

2、负责市场调研，目标市场分析，市场营销定位的把握，根据需要撰写调研报告。

3、负责开拓和维护矿产品客户资源，建立相应的渠道和目标。

4、推动渠道销售与渠道合作者关系，建立新渠道及时完成上级布置的其他工作。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历, 至少6年进口黑色金属矿（铁矿石，锰矿，铬矿），有色金属（铝），及煤炭焦炭类产品在国内市场的营销运作经验。

2．有相关进口产品在华营销策划经验者优先. 有在中资或外资金属矿产贸易或流通企业或矿产品进出口贸易公司工作经验优先，如中钢，五矿等。
3、熟知多种销售渠道和方式，具有丰富客户资源者优先
4、熟悉黑色金属矿（铁矿石，锰矿，铬矿）， 有色金属（铝），及煤炭焦炭类产品进口流程

5、具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，市场感觉敏锐，有良好的沟通技巧和组织能力，能承受强大工作压力
6、熟练运用办公软件，英语应用水平熟练
